Return Policy

All items are shipped from Greece and wrapped with care. Once the items
arrive they are inspected and shipped to their final destination. In the
unlikely occurrence an item is damaged, we will replace it.

All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Elektra’s
Eklectic products are fully warranted to the original owner against
defects in materials and workmanship but does not include
dissatisfaction due to custom designs.  Requests for changes or
additional customization or alterations can be made in certain instances
if the item is eligible.

Elektra’s Eklectic stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope
you're happy with your item. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return
your merchandise purchased online here.

1. Items must be purchased on elektraseklectichop.com
2. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
3. Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned
